Asmodeus has called to me all my life, and was the first of the demonic divine I learnt from.
He’s worked closely with humans for a very long time, and therefore a lot has been written on him. The demon of wrath, of lust, of passion–certainly, these are aspects of him. But he is also so much more…
Asmodeus is a strongly masculine force, and is quite the gentleman. He probably has better manners than me, now that I think of it. Honest and forthright, he gives his advice and opinions freely where they are sought. He can confer confidence and is good at helping you eliminate the old and decayed parts of yourself.
When upset, he can be very intimidating. However, rest assured that he does not “shoot first and ask questions later”. Unless you blatantly disrespect him, he will come in perfect peace.
Trivia: he enjoys arithmetic. Have you noticed that almost all the pictures on this website are fractals? Well, I’ve never quite asked him for help with mathematics homework before, so I can’t attest to that, but I’ll assume he’s good at it.
Like what other sources say, he does like frankincense and mint, as well as gold. I don’t see why some say his colour is yellow, though. His palace has a lot of black, he’s always wearing black, his steeds are black. He likes black far more. From my experience he is not particular about candle colours, but if you have a choice–yes, he likes the black ones.
